Before first use, remove protective seal under the cap. Once per week in the shower, apply a generous amount of Intensive Repair Treatment to cleansed hair from mid-lengths to ends. Wait 5-10 minutes and rinse. You can choose to skip your conditioner altogether or follow with the Restorative Conditioner if additional hydration is preferred.
