NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

You may exchange or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase or receipt of shipment. Your purchase must be received in new/unused condition with all tags attached. Items which have been altered in any manner will be rejected.

If your purchase was made at a store location you can return to the location to complete the exchange. You are responsible for all return shipping cost.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like serums, shampoos, conditioners, sale items, custom & special orders. We also do not replace or repair lace products such as closures, frontals and wigs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Due to the high quality of our products we rarely get a unsatisfied customer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you changed your mind and need to return or exchange your order. In this event, we are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with WITHIN 48 HOURS (TWO DAYS). (This includes combed, brushed out, or tousled with.) The hair must arrive back the way it was sent to you.

What is the Store Returns Policy?

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We donot accept chargebacks from credit cards or banks due to high scamming of products being purchased and not returned . It is finale sale. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

Should I know anything else about the Online Return Policy?

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging for store credit.
